This policy summarizes what personally identifiable information a registered student, parent or partner (each, a “User”) may provide and other information collected at Campus2City.com (“Site”) and how Campus2City, LLC (“C2C”) may use this information.

Security Measures 

C2C uses reasonable commercial methods and security measure on the Site designed to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of data under C2C’s control. The Site is maintained in a secure environment using reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Information Collection  

C2C will only collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or email address, status as a student or parent of a student, etc.) that a User provides through the Site, or by email or other correspondence. C2C also collects general information (such as the type of browser a User uses, the files a User requests, and the domain name and location from which a User requests information) to improve the Site and better meet Users’ needs.

Purpose for and Use of Information 

The primary purpose of collecting information is for C2C to provide the services offered on the Site. C2C may also use a User’s information to supply a User with requested information on services or third party resources that may be available on or through the Site. C2C may also use User information to provide User with a personalized experience while using the Site and to make improvements to Site offerings. 

C2C reserves the right to share, distribute or sell User personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Opting Out 

A User can choose whether a User wishes to receive promotional email, SMS messages or phone calls. A User can opt-out from receiving advertising from C2C by emailing [insert web link]. A User can also opt-out from email communications or SMS messages by clicking on the opt-out or unsubscribe link in any such message.

Log Files and Cookies 

C2C uses information in C2C’s server log files to analyze trends in the usage of the Site and to administer and maintain the Site. The information in these files includes a User’s IP address, browser type, operating system, access time and any referring website address.

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. C2C does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under the age of 18. If a User is aware that C2C has been provided any such information, C2C will endeavor to promptly remove such information upon notification.
